The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Coffee products (due to freshness and food safety regulations).
Limited-edition or clearance sale items.
Customized or personalized items.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, in which case Roasters Hall will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing Timeframe
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
International Orders
We do not accept international returns or exchanges. This policy applies only to orders shipped within Canada.
