Where We Ship
We currently ship within Canada only.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days. Rural and remote areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes.
Shipping Cost
Free standard shipping on orders over C$150 before tax. Otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout based on order value and location.
Tracking
You’ll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
We’re not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Contact the carrier directly in that case.
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos, and we’ll help you file a claim.
Wrong Address
Please double check your shipping address before ordering. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping may cost extra. Contact us right away if you spot an error, though changes can’t always be made once an order is processing.
Delays Outside Our Control
We’re not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, supply chain problems, strikes, or other events outside our control.
